Tulsa's Premier Basketball Development Program

(Grades 7th-Pro)

Every Parent Wants…

To see their athlete perform with lots of confidence on the court. Unfortunately, the path is not straight forward. Today’s successful athletes require support and guidance. We understand and have a proven process that helps players achieve outstanding results.

It is incredibly frustrating to see your athlete struggle to grow their game and mindset year after year. Even worse, to sit the bench, miss out on making the team, or languish in a limited role beneath their skill and talent level. On top of it all, it is difficult to get feedback on your child’s needs from their coaches and instructors. Our program serves as a solution to these issues. We exist to help parents and players put it all together and actually enjoy the process.

Is Frustration Following Your Athlete???

A Guide Who Gets You & Your Athlete

20+ years of coaching and consulting expertise developed as a Trainer, Athletic Director, and All-American athlete.

Dr. Jason Parker has helped hundreds of athletes achieve breakthrough. After getting cut from two different teams between the 8th and 9th grades, Jason went on to become a varsity starter just 9 months later, eventually finishing as the all-time leading scorer at prestigious Tulsa Memorial High School, where his jersey is retired. What followed was a decorated playing career at the DI and professional levels, achieving recognition as a 2x ESPN All-American and playing in top pro leagues in both Europe and the NBA G League. Jason’s background serves as a blueprint for athletes who want to go from overlooked to outstanding.

For over a decade, Jason has also served as a caring consultant for parents of athletes in his roles as both a long-time school district Athletic Director and licensed attorney. Additionally, Jason has had to overcome many struggles as a parent of athletes himself.

This balanced mix of experience has helped Jason to develop an expertise when it comes to guiding parents and players in their pursuit of player development.

Our Blueprint = Your Athlete’s Success

Our path to maximizing your athlete’s potential starts with year-round comprehensive development.

We go beyond simply training skills and provide every type of performance training players need to succeed.

More importantly, we include mentorship and mindset training to help players unlock limiting beliefs and transform from the inside out.

Finally, we use regular review and parent check-ins/communication to ensure progress towards every athlete’s goals.

  • Our daughter has been training with Jason for a month now and we’re already noticing a big difference in her confidence, on and off court. His ability to connect with her makes it easier to absorb what he’s teaching. Can’t wait to see her progress with this program. No doubt that we’ll be clients for a long time. If you’re looking for a trainer that’s knowledgeable, professional & passionate about developing your child’s skills, JP3 Training is the way to go!

  • Cashon has been training with Jason for over 2 years now and the results have been outstanding. He went from averaging 9 pts a game as a starter his sophomore year to being the leading scorer on his varsity team his junior year averaging 17 pts per game. His ability to become a three level player is due to the encouragement and training he has received from Jason. Jason encourages them to eat a good nutritional diet and work out to get stronger. After two months of private lessons with Jason we saw a huge improvement in his aggressiveness and confidence.

  • "Jaxson struggled taking his level of practice skills and play into real game time situations. By increasing his skill level, his confidence and his mental game, Jason has been able to help Jaxson transfer his skills into the game. With this improvement, Jaxson saw increased playing time and became a player that saw touches every time down the court."

  • Jason’s training has significantly improved Andrew’s shooting and ball handling abilities and helped him go from not playing much to starting. While Andrew was already a skilled shooter, his work with Jason has taken his skills to the next level. Additionally, Jason’s guidance has helped Andrew develop both mental and physical prowess. Recently, Andrew received a basketball scholarship! Prior to this time, Jason provided him with a comprehensive game plan that Drew diligently followed, leading to Andrew’s remarkable progress.

  • My daughter loves training with Jason! We love the Christian environment and small group sessions. He asks specifically about her needs and includes it in the trainings. He pushes her while also encouraging her at the same time. Her attention to detail and her mental growth has flourished since training with him. I would highly recommend JP3!

  • My son started training with Jason 1 year ago and the results have been fantastic! Jason’s coaching is highly effective and he takes personal care both on and off court in each players’ development and success. Ry respects your coaching and leadership, and loves the training sessions. Jason, I really appreciate all you’ve done for my son and look forward to a successful year!
